Living with Legends

Washington D.C. based photographer Elvert Barnes was in New York last week and since we’re so photogenic he stopped by and took a few photographs.  But the big mystery is why are those chairs empty.  Where are Dave and Robert? 

Check out Elvert’s Chelsea Hotel flickr set. He’s even got a few shots of Vladimir, the guy who plays the guitar on the corner.  And, he may be returning to take more photos. "These pictures that I took of Chelsea has inspired me to return to NYC in a few weeks during the spring to get more photos," he wrote.
