This is David Elder speaking. I tried ripping that goddamn silly banner down – I really did. Actually I ordered the maintenance staff to do it because I hate to get my hands dirty – but they could only drag it halfway off the balcony before throwing in the towel. It must be up there with some kind of super-bonding compound or something. Let’s hope the Chelsea residents are easier to remove than that damn banner, for my sake….
