Long time telephone operator Amy Miller is retiring today after 30 years on the job. We were always glad to hear her friendly voice on the other end of the line. She will be sorely missed. I am so sorry that I didn’t make my reservation with the desk…I want the total Chelsea experience when I arrive with my daughter in June. Amy, I wish you were there. I’m sure you were the heart of the Chelsea!

So long, Amy,of the great individuals of this hotel. What your eyes have seen, your ears have heard in that place. Your sense of humor and kindness got me through some bad times. You are going to be greatly greatly missed.
