If you happened to notice that the Chelsea Hotel did not have any water Saturday morning here’s the reason. The overhead sprinklers in No Stars Lounge erupted and flooded the basement. The water had to be shut off throughout the building to turn off the sprinklers.

I don’t know if you noticed, but Marlene Krauss’s peon David Elder was wearing a Hotel Chelsea tee-shirt the other day. For him, that was a step up in wardrobe choice. For the Hotel, it’s an insult. I also think it’s an insult to all involved that he would dare “curate” an art show at the Hotel!

I can’t beleive BD rented out the basement of this hallowed building to these losers. I don’t see how a terrible night club fits into the Chelsea’s bohemian atmosphere… idiots.

The basement ghosts are displeased.
It’s kind of ironic that if the place actually attracted any ‘stars’ we might have seen a few drown. At very least the site of club hipsters soaked to the bone with their gasp hair out of place is an amusing image. But it’s certainly ironic and kind of disappointing that none drowned! We can only live in hope.
As much as I dislike Valerie Solanas maybe we should get her back to deal with the ‘celebrity clientele’?LikeLike
