Uh-oh Spaghetti-Os Glennon!  Marlene Krauss, Harvard MBA, was here at the Chelsea Hotel AGAIN yesterday.  Dear God, how this must be interfering with her career as an MD, Master of the Universe and bad ass corporate raider!  Additionally, her $4.5 million home on the Upper East Side continues to sit unsold on the market.  It’s a good bet that she doesn’t appreciate this extra aggravation.  Ah, well, perhaps there’s a silver lining.  Luckily for you, even though you and BD management were quite rude and never introduced yourselves to tenants after you were foisted upon us by the minority shareholders, we’re going to turn the other cheek and be helpful to you.  And, so we’re offering you, free-of-charge, our valuable transition counseling services.  Today, we’re actually going to save you the time and expense of hiring a service to rewrite your resume. But be forewarned, Glennon, truthful resumes are the way to go.  You don’t want to get caught making stuff up by your future employer.

I’m afraid this micromanaging by the universally beloved Marlene Krauss is not going to fix the problem, and save her and young Elder from going down in the history books as villains. To prevent that would take some great act of grace and generosity on their part. Ah, more lessons they could have learned from Stanley, grace and generosity.

The fact that they replaced Stanley, david and Michelle with…. Glennon, shows how clueless they are about the hotel and how little they respect it, its residents, its legacy. I mean, Glennon! They replaced the Bards with Glennon! It boggles the mind.

    Ghosts,
In my opinion, Richard Born and Ira Drukier are villains as well. They had total disregard for the Chelsea, the Bards, and the Hotel’s residents. Marlene Krauss and David Elder are fools before the eyes of the world. They all deserve each other and the fine mess they have made!

Glennon has made the Chelsea an unpleasant experience for residents and guests alike. His obnoxious attitude is astounding and his disdain for everyone is palpable. Why would he choose the hospitality business?
I hope Marlene is onto the failure of BD Hotels and sees that handing the hotel over to a group full of arrogant know it alls who have never run a residence/hotel was a mistake. The best way to handle it now would be to admit that error rather than continue on a doomed path. Please, Marlene, remove the managers of the hotel who are not serving you or the families who created the Chelsea.

Easy target, Marlene and David’s big mistake was in getting rid of the Bards. These fancy hoteliers don’t work for free and they have their own agenda. I bet that Krauss and Elder’s dividends are less now. Is Marlene the kind of person who will cut her losses and move on? We’ll see!

Yes, Old, their big mistake was removing the Bards. If the foremost hoteliers in NYC cannot figure out the Chelsea and run it the way it should be run, then who is left? The sooner the Bards are back in control, the sooner this time of troubles can be forgotten, and Marlene Krauss can get back to her business and her family. All will be forgiven them if she and Elder just do the right thing now.
