Artie has a new banner to celebrate the news!  We’ve all heard that Marlene Krauss has handed BD their walking papers.  Check back for more details as they become available.  Read the posts from earlier this week to catch up on what you’ve missed.

Tremendously glad to hear this news…and thanks for a pic of the sign, for those of us not able to see it in person.

Couldn’t have hoped for better news… now just let the Bards come back to do the job they do so well!
So pleased to hear that Glennon Travesty will no longer taint my visits and my kids and i won’t need to boycott any longer.
Love you Hotel Chelsea, see you soon.

Excuse me, but didn’t Marlene Krauss accuse Stanley of mismanaging the hotel? It seems he managed it a helluva lot better than the unholy brain trust of Bd, Elder and Krauss. Can Stanley sue them now for mismanagement?

Krauss and Elder took less than a year to destroy something that has stood for nearly 125 years! BRILLIANT

Let’s just hope that Marlene Krauss will not hire somebody even worse than BD to replace them…..
Because I doubt shes ever going to want any of the Bards involved ever again.
A little something to think about,

Beautiful news. That chapter in the Chelsea’s storied history was making me sicker and sicker.
I’m picking up the Ed Hamilton book at my library tomorrow. (I promise to purchase it as soon as I’ve got the cash.) Looking forward to reading it in the bell closet at my workplace.
