I have a trip planned to New York for Columbus day weekend and I had visiting the Chelsea lobby on my list of things to do. Yesterday, I realized I’ll be there on the 30th anniversary of when Sid killed Nancy. How fantastic! If I go in the Chelsea, will I be able to walk up the stairs and such if I’m not a guest? I’d like to see the mobile up close but I don’t want to get chased out by management.
