Coldest Winter since 2004! So, Marlene Krauss, stop wasting your money on process servers and fix the fireplaces already! Oh yea, and once again, the process server is not Belkin Burden the law firm the Chelsea Hotel has been using, it was Keating & Walker.

And if possible, stop with all the hiring and firing of law firms already. Those lawyers get paid well, but can only do what the law permits, so its pointless to throw money at them (which they are glad to accept, by the way) but which will not bring the results that their client demands. Negotiation is the only way.
Someone suggested in an earlier comment that for Marlene its much better for her to be smart than to be right, a lesson with myriad practical applications. Ms. Krauss went to Harvard Business School to get ‘smart’ and become a tough customer at the bargaining table, but I guarantee her professors would tell her that the only ‘right’ way in business is to turn a profit. Without that, all the degrees in the world won’t mean a thing. I don’t need to be a financial guru to suss that much out.
