Deep Throat’s Photos of Bob Dylan Room Destruction

CIMG2153 As promised here are some of the revealing photos provided by "Deep Throat" showing the extensive destruction of  Bob Dylan’s room.  The first photo on this page is of the fire place destruction.  The next two photos show where the wall was torn down.  The last photo on this page is a picture of the apartment when the wall was standing.
Click through to page two to view the photo of the plans which show the wall removed and which of course are not the same as the plans filed with the DOB.    Notice the two photos of the plans.  The first one (1) is what  we have altered to show the location of the wall that was illegally demolished.  The second photo is the actual photo sent to us by "Deep Throat". Note the wall separates the bedroom and the living room.

    Deep Throat is going to land Marlene and David in Deep Shit. Watch for the rats to abandon the sinking ship. These people have no respect for historical ground otherwise they would be no need for deception like we see here.

    OUCH that looks a mess. Is that what’s left of the original fireplace? If so its a lot worse than I’d originally thought. One look at the plans and already feel sorry for whoever is responsible.

    Jesus, Mary and Joseph — this is a gut renovation!!!!!! Do you know how difficult it would be to get permits to do this in an SRO hotel? What idiots. They’ve just irretrievably jeopardized their own ability to secure a Certificate of No Harrassment — which will cost them a waiting time of THREE YEARS. That is, three years of waiting from the moment they’re turned down. And the application process is quite extensive. Way to go Marlene, that’s using your head.
    If it were raining brains, Marlene Krauss wouldn’t get wet.

    Darn right its a gut renovation! They could never have gotten the permits to do this hors*shit. Plus they are still facing a DHCR ruling thanks to David Elder’s lunkhead moves that basically ensures they dont get a Certificate of Non Harassment. Lets see, coincidence that they did TWO gut renovations on the second floor, one on either side of the tenant who Elder had ambushed in the lobby?

    Now Stanley should definitely have his lawyers file a lawsuit to regain control based on both fraud and mismanagement. With this type of evidence he’d definitely prevail, booting Elder and Krauss back where they belong.

    If I had to wager a guess I’d say there are probably some criminal charges brewing. They’ll be “punk’d” by their own acts of perjury. You can’t lie to the court. Since Tilley isn’t around the brunt will fall on Elder and whoever is left over from Tilley’s staff meaning his underqualified underling Arnold Tamasar who still clings for dear life.

    I’ve checked back once or twice just to see whether ‘Deep Throat’ has been outed yet. I’m guessing no but whoever it is, they do underscore the fact that Elder and Krauss cannnot trust their dirty secrets to those doing their bidding. That usually spells the end.
