Multiple sources confirm that Chief of Engineering Larry Mc"Laugh"lin is telling Chelsea Hotel employees that plans are already in the works to evict Chelsea Moving & Storage. If this is true, why would Marlene Krauss want any of her employees talking about this? And why would Marlene Krauss, Harvard MBA, seek to empty another rent paying retail client when so many unrented retail store fronts are already available to her.
Well, sources in the real estate industry say that, given Marlene's ocean of bad publicity, her best strategy would be to empty the Chelsea Hotel of tenants, commercial and residential alike as soon as possible. Could this be the first stage of her diabolical plan?

Their lease must be expiring. It would a real shame to lose Chelsea Moving, they are a staple here at the Hotel, and nice people. Marlene waits for her moment to pounce, but not until she knows she’s got you cornered. Commerical tenants should have more rights, particularly in this type of economy. Marlene is no better than Madoff who comes up with all kinds of excuses but is just out to victimize others for her own satisfaction and gain. You suck, Marlene. And your little dogfaceboy, too.

Is Larry itching to knock down more walls, already? Why would the so called “Chief of Engineering” have anything to do with evictions, anyway? Something stinks. How many Stop Work Orders have Larry McLaughlin and Arnold Tamasar gotten the Hotel slapped with? Two? Three? Losing count, but the fact they’re still here speaks to Marlene’s desperation.
I, for one, still hope to learn the identity of Deep Throat, who provided so much good and incriminating info on these charlatans, and who entered falsified information on the permit applications.
Inquiring minds still want to know, Larry and Arnold! The details will all come out soon and you’ll both do what Andrew Tilley did before you — resign, and blame your litany of failures on Krauss and Elder, or on tenant activists, or on the phases of the moon. As a goodwill gesture to longtime tenants Chelsea Moving, Marlene Krauss should introduce the crew there to the Madoff clan who’ll soon have moving and storage needs. Of course, they’d be paying with Marlene’s money…
