Yes Virginia, there is a Santa Claus. God has interceded in the affairs of mankind, and the prayers of all sentient beings have been answered. Chelsea Hotel minority shareholder Marlene Krauss, MD, MBA, has been forced to liquidate her company, KBL What this shows is that KBL’s shareholders finally caught on to wannabe Master of the Universe Marlene’s shady tactics. Her business model is to take over companies in order to loot their assets–which is exactly what she’s trying to do with the Chelsea. Perhaps now the rest of the Chelsea Hotel shareholders will get wise like the KBL shareholders did and send her packing. Many of of you have noticed that we haven’t been blogging lately, (www.twitter.com/hotelchelsea) but we couldn’t resist coming out of retirement briefly to report this news. Burn Witch Burn in everlasting torment. Bring Back the Bards. And add another chapter to the book.
Healthcare, Acquisition Corp III due to her inability to complete an acquisition. In other words, even with all of the millions her investors threw at her, Marlene couldn’t find a satisfactory company to buy. Word of her troubles began to leak out earlier this week with a press release indicating that Krauss was being forced to buy out 30% of KBL’s shareholders to prevent them from voting against her proposed merger with a company called PRWT. Krauss began to look even more desperate when a second press release went out announcing the cancellation of the upcoming KBL stockholders meeting. Obviously Marlene was scrambling to find the funds necessary to buy out the shareholders–and just as obviously she failed to do so! Expect lots of lawsuits to follow as stockholders ask: Where’s my money, Marlene?

Hello people who think they are so funny i am Olivia Berk-Krauss and you are ridiculous fools who think my mother failed. Well think again because she has better things to do then bother with you and go find someone else to say they failed. Actually just look in a mirror because criticizing people you don’t know is showing that your life is a failure because you have nothing better to do. So leave my mother alone, the only one you should be saying they failed is the Bards because they need to make an incorrect article to get you on their side to get my mother to fail, but really they are the failures because like the said “get the bards back” one question do you know why they are out??

Um, have you seen the Sid dolls for sale in the lobby? How crude is that? Perhaps you want a Chelsea Hotel that is nothing more than a shell of its former self, but the world is much less for losing the Bards’ version of the hotel. Stanley made a home for artists and others, many of them great, and created a unique institution unlike any other the world has seen, which gave the world great art in every sphere. And your mother, I am sorry to say dear, has systematically tried to destroy it to make a buck. Her name will go down in history as a villain. She personifies everything wrong with New York these days. One question: have you studied English grammar at all (not to mention art history)?

Call me cynical. But I find it hard to believe that Marlene Krauss, promulgator of the baby monitor, didn’t know before hand about her daughter’s post. I suppose it is possible that this girl evaded whatever parental internet censors her mother has in place and posted out of passionate support of her mother and I have no doubt at all her sentiments are sincerely felt. But I can’t help wondering if Marlene, a control freak as we’ve seen, didn’t encourage or at least condone this note. Marlene seems unwilling to communicate herself with tenants, so if this is the case, then, wow.
