Miss H – good point, definitely, but it should be mentioned that Artie went at BD’s lawyers’s head-on, repping himself without an attorney and that these issues can be addressed by individuals as well as those well-heeled enough to hire legal counsel at several hundred an hour. Certainly not an across-the-board recommendation that all residents jump in “pro se” (self repping) but it demonstrates its far from impossible
